Helper method to organize reaction into its phases

Parameters:

• interactions (list of SurfaceReaction objects) – Lateral interactions to extract phases

• species (dict of EmpiricalBase objects) – Species corresponding to interactions

Returns:

interactions_phases – Dictionary where the keys are strings of phase names and the values are lists of the reactions

Return type:

dict
